damage constant stress??

Sorry, I asked this on another forum but I am very nervous and I thank you all your help …. ok …. This may be an unusual question, but here it goes. From 2005-2007 I went with a 2 year very stressful activities personal relationships and financial matters. Every night I go to bed literally shaking in my nerves. I know it's a normal reaction to stress …. But now, all these problems are over. Ive come in silver, met someone great, life is beautiful! But when I go to sleep now I still have that nervous thing going on. I can not relax more. It's horrible. I feel it in my chest and I'm still shaking a bit before going bed. It is as vibrant in my body. Am I definitely ruin my nerves or something? Finally, I sleep, but I need more time. I want to be able to relax again. Ive tried yoga and meditation. Nothing doing. Thank you! Adam

Begin by supplementing your diet with a multi B complex tablet including all the B-ie, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work synergistically (together). Symptoms of vitamin B12, in particular, are very varied and can include depression, headaches and migraines, nausea and vomiting, fatigue and exhaustion, sweating excessive irritability and mood swings, insomnia (That you) and constipation, dizziness, loss of balance, inability to think clearly and chest pains and even heart palpitations! Quite scary actually if you do not realize the connection vitamin. When take an extra B try to take with skim milk or a piece of cheese that B12 needs calcium to absorb properly. The vitamin B complex is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce so we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the consequences you unfortunately. When we are under additional stress, such as the chatter of the brain at the end of the day, a long and hard, the first group of vitamins will generally be used precious B. Therefore we must adapt our consumption accordingly. Take another tablet B with a little of milk before bedtime. magnesium tablets to take as …… Magnesium is the mineral known as anti-stress mineral and is a bit miraculous. may help with all of constipation, stress, aid in the fight against depression, promote better cardiovascular health and help prevent sysstem heart attacks! Magnesium will also provide relief from indigestion and combined with calcium acts as a natural tranquilizer …… Then Take one of those with breast milk or cheese before bedtime. Natural sources of magnesium are leafy and green vegies, cold water fish such as tuna, salmon, whiting and sardines, nuts and seeds and whole grains and cereals, bananas too. If you buy the magnesium oxide to form warned, it is a bit hard to digest ……… acid-chelated magnesium and calcium Amion in perfect balance (half of magnesium than calcium) is the preferred version and chelated magnesium is easily absorbed. Sorry this is happening a bit but I do with you and sympthasize almost exactly the same episodes that you describe and I found that by monitoring my nutritional intake of vitamins and minerals, I had great success. Good health and God bless ♥ CHEERS; ♥

Your BF / GF / husband / wife never been your koan?

koan: something you meditate until you become so in touch with it you see everything else through it. Is that special someone never become so close to you they were the background THR filter in your mind, by which you have seen, the voice that you heard, etc.??? * I could be a little sore on the definition of koan. I studied a few years ago and some people reminded me today so if I get the wrong idea please feel not correct me, but try to stick to the idea of the question. Let me add a few more bad philosophy to the question. I think it was Kant who said that emotions were like a lens through which we see the magical world THW. From my experience while true. Well, someone special has never been the lenses for you? Are you still with this person? How did this relationship go?

Formal training in Zen koans used to break our habitual ways of perceiving and functioning in the world. As long-time Zen student, I came to their value as small gifts that open the consciousness lever. As a longtime partner in a marriage, I saw how my wife can also serve same role. Marriage reveals all the many ways my attachments, desires and projections help to see clearly the relationship and operating profit. I understand your question to ask if we see our relationship through our concepts, feelings, impulses, etc. Yes, we all do. But this kind of perception prevents us from seeing the real truth of the moment - the lenses are too shady with feelings, etc. A good marriage not let us out with that. It's my experience anyway. I hope this helps!

Which religion should I sit?

I was born into a family that does not follow the religion and they do care about them. They did what Natural and supported by science or the scientific answer most things. However, I believe there are gods or there that did everything and everything organized us. I do not know which one I choose. They are also inconsistent too. I bought or take things that belong to different religions. For example, I have a Christian cross on a necklace, I have beaded Buddhist meditation, I have a shawl Muslims (although I did not worn) and I even try fasting on certain days of Ramadan and among other things. I do not want anyone to be offended, but I feel I really want to choose a religion to follow instead of trying to track multiple, the greater the risk of offending some people who take the religion seriously, even if nobody said that yet. Please guide me on how I decide.

You theology and then you have religion. Looking for a religion or theology? Do you want a set of guidelines to follow, or you feel a need to worship? In the first case, check the path within nine Buddhism. Far superior to the Ten Commandments, they are all anyone needs to live a good life. In the latter case, sit down and decide what you believe in. There are sites that rate your answers to questions and tell you where you fit in. How about you, or simply believing what you believe, and do what you feel is right and not mucking with that organized religion? There is no reason you can not worship your design of God all by yourself. If you are looking to connect with others who feel as you do …. which may not be possible. Be yourself!
