Where does energy will be when photons are "changed" in red?
Does the total energy in history as photons are passed red? It has less energy law? This total energy should fall? The violation of energy conservation? You can also go the other way. If a light is shifted toward the blue, where is the energy coming from? Kind of confusing to my simple mind.
