I am buying a heavy bag and stand for the year and I have some questions?
I would whether someone out there can tell me a good place to find a routine work. Either web or a book …??? I also put it in my basement …. soil cement …. Should I get a kind of floor mats … …… matt .. etc.??
Get Bas Rutten workout. It has a DVD that shows you the proper form and has several CD fire combinations. There is a CD MMA, Kickboxing CD, a CD of boxing, and I think another CD. This is a great workout. I would not worry the word that you intend to sparring or rolling or doing something that you could find on the ground. Thai My bag is mounted in my garage and other than starting to cold, the ground is not a problem.
