Meditation- what progress till? [Updates…] ?
Please tell, honestly
1. Which meditation technique are you practicing?
2. From how long are you meditating (year, months etc)? how old are you (age)?
3. On daily basis how much hour, mins etc you are spending on meditation?
4. How many times daily/time of meditation: morning/evening/midnight?
5. Are you regular regarding meditation?
6. If your profession putting some restrictions on your practice?
7. What are the beneficial effects you got?
8. What spiritual effects you got/Is it making your life—i) calmer ii) happier iii) blissful iv) free from ignorance v) healthier? something else?
9. Are you unmarried /monk or married person?
10. Are you satisfied with your technique?

3.formal sittings about an hour but try to stay mindful throughout the day!
4.1 sitting morning
5. yes but some times can’t do formal sitting
6. I can’t really do evening sittings and afternoon sittings are out of the question but mindfulness is not just during sittings
7. I am me, happy, relaxed, and smiling
8. all the above you mention in the question
9. I live with My Partner, but my life at home is to a degree monastic!
10. sometimes, my practictice could be refined but it depends on the level of stress there is at the time really which is a bigger influence, but it is then that the practice is more apparently helpful!
