Methods of Meditation?

Can anyone recommend a good way to meditate?
quick ways?
Mia- thanks for the history lesson.

i’m not a pro or anything…but i do have some taekowndoe exp and the way we used to do it was to stare at a corner and just concentrate your attention solely on that corner while breathing slow easy counting your breaths - stretching, mildly-slowly-lightly actually helps throughout the process - i’d recommend give your legs and back a good stretch, hardwood floors are preferable (or hard surface in general actually, rock is also good since it is nice and cold) and then just stretch, stare at a point, and breath…

good stretching regiment - lower lumbar just lay flat on concrete or wood, and then flip your leg over to the other side of your hip - also, go into a split and then tilt head towards one knee and then the other and then the middle while breathing nice and easy - stretching, pain, and helps put you at ease to slip into a trance
