does any body know of a childrens cd that they listen to when they go to sleep. (PLEASE LOOK AT DEATIAL!!)?

-it liek says “tou in this place you your doing this and all you can hear is this…” blah blah blah
-it had a garaffi in the cover like sitting on the moon.
-when i think of it i inda think of liek a guided meditation.

In might be “goodnight moon” you are thinking of. I read it to my nephew years ago but it is probably on CD now and it has a sky and moon w/ some writing on the cover.
Another idea is the sound of heartbeat if your kids are young. They sell these teddy bears that have little motors in them that sound like what a heart beat sounds like from inside the womb. I thought it was ridiculous till I fell asleep holding a kid while I had one on….

Kundalini yoga presented Jung with a model for the developmental phases of higher consciousness, and he interpreted its symbols in terms of the process of individuation. With sensitivity toward a new generation’s interest in alternative religions and psychological exploration, Sonu Shamdasani has brought together the lectures and discussions from this seminar.
