Info about my spirit guide?

Meditation has led me to believe my spirit guide is a rabbit. I keep getting flashes of the same one. t has markings that would remind someone of Free Willy, black and white in the same patterns around the head and legs. Can anyone give me more information on rabbit spirit guides?

In my culture the creation story talks of five beings the Overseer created to help human beings an one of them is the rabbit. I would say that if you are on my island(united states) then chances are you are blessed by this being the rabbit. This rabbit being is very powerful because this being protects us from all evil in this world. At one time this being gave human beings immortality until the Overseer saw the error of this act an created a disease giver to make balance in the human being population. The color is you are protected day and night. You have an important role in the future. Reason for this being picking you out of the millions here on my island. Pray you do and say the right things an you will be fine.

Good Guided Meditation tape/CD?

I’m looking for a guided meditation tape to use as part of my Reiki 1 class - preferably something involving meeting spirit guides, and preferably not anything with angels

That would be an ecumenical matter.

do those meditation cd’s work? like “equisync”, you know the ones supposedly about brainwaves,alpha, betea?

They work for some people in the beginning.

After u have learnt how to meditate, these cds become an obstacle in advancing ur meditation.

But sure, u can use them in the beginning.

For me, these cds were helpful up to the point of relaxation. But when I wanted to go deep into meditation I found them distracting me.

I would say it depends from person to person, so, there is no harm in trying them.

I am looking for meditation music and guided meditations online?

I am looking for free meditations online, either streaming video/audio or something that I can download. I am looking for both guided meditations and meditation music. My areas of interest are chakras, energy balancing, white light energy and mantras, specifically the OM used in ancient meditations.

guided meditation cd

does any body know of a childrens cd that they listen to when they go to sleep. (PLEASE LOOK AT DEATIAL!!)?

OK SO…
-it liek says “tou in this place you your doing this and all you can hear is this…” blah blah blah
-it had a garaffi in the cover like sitting on the moon.
-when i think of it i inda think of liek a guided meditation.

In might be “goodnight moon” you are thinking of. I read it to my nephew years ago but it is probably on CD now and it has a sky and moon w/ some writing on the cover.
Another idea is the sound of heartbeat if your kids are young. They sell these teddy bears that have little motors in them that sound like what a heart beat sounds like from inside the womb. I thought it was ridiculous till I fell asleep holding a kid while I had one on….
