Best Music for meditation?
I make lists of reading and wanted to make a "meditation" playlist. What song (s) and / or artist (S) are best for this guy? In meditation, it could be anything between sitting at the beach relaxing or sitting at home course of my day. I would not mind variety, Thanks,
In fact, I tried an experiment in college where I listened to the song exactly the same across the repeated studying for an exam, thinking that the idea of the song bring back memories of what I was studying. It does not work. Nevertheless, I chose a song that was catchy and had a good rhythm, "Tyler" by Toadies. Enjoy.
