how can a merkaba crystal be used?
I just recently obtained a set of merkaba crystals, for each chakra. How can I properly use them in meditation?
Place one in each ear and in each nostril. Don’t breathe too deeply. You need nothing else to meditate properly.

What is the paradox in this excerpt from Meditation 17 by John Donne?
“Any man’s death diminishes me because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.”
I guess the paradox is that even though he is not dead, he is so greatly affected by it that it is almost like he died. This is the “no man is an island” meditation, and it might help you to understand it if you read the whole thing.

Could phenylethylamine (PEA) leads to a higher state of consciousness?
I'm looking for something to help meditation and I was wondering if anyone had any experience using PEA?
