Sheetal Contractor is a Certified Yoga Teacher. After being a business professional for 15 years, in the summer of 2006, Sheetal took a leap of faith, resigned from the corporate world began to pursue her passion – teaching yoga. Through her company SoLuna Yoga, LLC, Sheetal has launched a new brand of yoga offerings called “Anyone Can Do YOGA!” and authored the e-book entitled “Anyone Can Do YOGA! (… So What’s Stopping You?)”
Since 2000, Sheetal has taught yoga to variety of audiences and helped a diverse range of people of all ages and backgrounds realize the great benefits of yoga. She does this by personalizing her instruction to suit the individual’s disposition and needs.
Sheetal became a Certified Yoga Teacher through AAAI/ISMA. Her yoga background also includes training from a variety of yoga “schools” including Sivananda, Iyengar and Yoga Fit Training Systems.
