Will I ever get my sex drive back?

I’m 26 years old and for the last 3 years my sex drive sucks. I barely ever orgasm and sex and oral sex usually feels like nothing. From 18-23 I was orgasming a lot and horny all the time. I used to fly solo. A lot since like 12 yrs old. Did I use up all my orgasms?
