Cosmic Meditation… How To Meditate For Beginners

Has anyone heard of this free colour meditation held every first and third Tuesday?

The meditation is supposed to be held in a home at Grange Tower / Heights (I can’t remember). The Place is near Ngee Ann City (a short walk). It’s a group meditation and refreshments are served after the meditation. The meditation is held by a couple. They also provide Reiki courses and Colour Healing courses… Please tell me if anyone has any information. Thanks…
