Therefore it is important exercise and maintain a constant muscle mass, rather than allowing it to disappear.

Maintain muscle while losing fat belly

While you are dieting, or any form of weight loss plan it is essential that you practice with it. Walking is good, jogging, even better, but make sure you enter in certain activities that also help build and maintain muscle. Below we will explore some of these activities you can do at home without having to get a gym membership or expensive equipment.

Use the KISS principle for the year

You do not need expensive gym membership to maintain your muscle mass. Activities such as yoga and pilates to give your body a good workout on the whole, and help build strength. We are not talking about inflation, but you must maintain a consistent work in the Annex. Get a Pilates DVD at home or aerobics video you can do a few times a week is a good idea, couple that walking or jogging every few days and it should go.

Weight loss does not happen overnight

Many of us feel pumped about starting a new scheme, usually because of expectations that we have a regime will lead us to a point B which is small and thin. How ever it does not tell you how to lose belly fat, there is a good chance that you could win the weight back. Without a long-term plan, and understanding of the functioning of our body and what it means to lose weight naturally we could be doomed yo-yo forever.
